Easy set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy this was to set up. I just have this plugged in on top of my windowsill pointing out my window to have full view of my driveway. I can even hear the outside when I view my video. I don’t care for the app too much since there is a lot of stuff that doesn’t seem useful for myself. I wish it was more simple. Overall this is a great camera it could be clearer in image but I am happy with it.

Easy Seamless Install and Setup

Really nice to be able to Pan & Tilt

I have at least 20 ring cameras at my home and business. The number one thing is reliability and that no matter where I am in the world I can ALWAYS log in and see my cameras. The quality is great and I love this new pan and tilt camera. I would love to see the next new innovation from Ring is a pan and tilt that will automatically track and follow detected motion. I do have that feature in another brand, but would love to see Ring add it to their amazing selection of cameras.

Great for keeping an eye on my pets

I bought this for additional interior coverage in my house, and specifically placed it in the room where my pets love to spend most of their time during the day while I'm at work. It is comforting to be able to check in on them while I'm gone. The only feature I would change on future models would be the ability to move the camera and zoom in and out in the same mode. Currently, you have to open the "moving" option, move the camera, exit the "moving" option, then zoom the image. It is a little c...

Excellent video quality - Drove my dog crazy

Video quality of unit is outstanding. System seems to generate a high frequency noise at all times that is disturbing to a dog. My dog sat and growled at this the camera unit relentlessly when in the same room (family room in house). Attempted to get dog to ignore unit, but to no avail. This is my 11th Ring camera connected within residence. No other cameras cause any issue to dog.
