Peace of mind!

One of the first things we did when moving into our new home was have Ring cameras installed! We're able to see our front and back yard when we aren't home and it is wonderful!

Easy installation, easy to use, great coverage

I put this above my garage door looking straight down my driveway. My driveway is about 70 yards long and this thing will pick up movement all the way down to the road. I set a perimeter in the app to prevent it from recording every time my neighbors left their driveway or a car went down the road. It works really well both day and night and integrates well with other ring devices. Sometimes it misses a movement, but it's so far between that I am not concerned about it.

It’s okay

I wanted to absolutely love the Ring flood light but I feel like there might be something better out there. My experience is that the flood light is easy to install. It’s also easy to use but I feel like it often misses stuff and starts recording a while after there is “motion”. Makes me nervous to fully trust the surveillance it provides.

Protected Night and Day.

It took us only 20 minutes to install the Ring Floodlight camera outside above the garage door. The product comes with everything you need, including a camera, mounting bracket, installation tools and screws, a guide, and a security sticker. Right away I was able to connect the camera to the Alexa device on my kitchen countertop, and now every movement is detected I'm able to see. The video quality is amazing! I definitely will recommend this product!

Great

Great for my backyard. I have been using it for more than two years and still has it. It has motion when things move and the light is automatically going on. We also has ring doorbell and indoor ring camera. I would recommend everyone houses should have itt.

Easy install and great to have eyes on your home!

My husband installed Ring Floodlight Camera in our back yard. Installation was as simple as drilling a few screws and Installation of the app. Once I linked to wifi, install was complete! I love the night vision camera, which is great for watching animals amd critters alike!! Super happy with the whole process!

Good safety features

Very resourceful and easy to use with the app. The ring detects all motion day time and night. I can view recent activity and live video activity. The quality is clear and visible.

Subscription is expensive

Great video quality for day time, night vision and during rain or snow. It detects squirrels and birds so that could be a downside. A subscription with Ring is expensive so we don’t record, we can only see live.

Great Outdoor Camera!!

The installation was very easy. The app integration could be improved. It is annoying when you change your WiFi password you have to reconnect the device again. I think there should be an easier way to update the device. Outside this one issue everything else is amazing. Motion detection settings are very versatile to fit the location. A stellar product!

I loooooove this floodlight cam from Ring. We had a different system, and the Ring is SO much better. Super easy to install! We ended up buying multiple because we loved it so much. The picture from the video is super clear!!!

Great product to keep an eye on what's happening outside

I love my Ring Flood Light Camera. I installed this myself on my back patio and deck. It was easy to install and connect to my network. I like the quality of the video and the app features to talk to my family through the speaker feature. The motion detection picks up everything. I had to set the perimeter so it wouldn't pick up activity in my neighbors yards. Also the auto light works well and kicks on anytime we walk up our deck steps at night. THIS IS GREAT!

I have just installed it but so far we are very impressed. If you have done any fixed lamp installation, this is a breeze. One design item deserves special praise. The light comes with a nylon strap that catches on the mounting plate so you don't have to try to hold it with one hand and screw on the wire nuts with the other, of let it dangle from a wire while you do the others. Easy to install and app use is quick in emergency to alert us.

We have two. One for our back yard that stays pretty dark despite our back porch light. We attached to end of storage building to help us watch out for animals while letting our dog out at night. The other is in on the garage to light up entire driveway. The app is easy to use and alerts us to anything or anyone approaching.

Love my ring system

I have had this ring system for a few years now and really like it. It captures a wide range and rarely ever loses connection. It lights up when it gets dark to ensure things can still be viewed on the camera. The app shows you the camera history and you can download videos or save them. This gives me peace of mind!

Great product we are definitely happy ring users for the doorbell and the spotlight

This Camera has been amazing to our family. We can watch the front of our home we can watch our cars. We can watch the driveway and I love that it also has a spotlight. The app is so convenient as it works in real time there’s never a delay on it and we know what’s going on around our house at all times. We actually brought one for the back of our home that we’re waiting to install as well.

Great product

This ring camera is amazing !!! The camera quality both night vision and non night vision are great cameras! It also has great motion detection, great lighting and the microphone on the camera is pretty loud. The app is easy to access and set up. All in all a great product to have for your home security and safety!

Too sensitive somtimes

It was pretty easy to install and add on the app. It took a little bit to figure out the sensitivity settings of the camera. Sometimes the light still turns on automatically on its own.

Works good, bright light, loud alarm siren

This light is bright. It is great on our back porch. I love the motion detector part of it. We have some cat and opossum visitors to our porch and it is nice to see them there in the middle of the night knowing that the motion picks up the slightest movements. The quality of the video is usually great, and the siren is LOUD.
