Renter friendly!

Installation is a breeze and I was able to install it in my existing peephole within 10 minutes. The field of view is wide, though I wish it went a bit lower to see my doorstep. I feel a lot safer with this and that’s was the most important thing for me. Pros: easy to install, renter friendly, good battery life, works as intended. Cons: I don’t love the subscription required to save video.

Ring Peephole Cam

I’ve had this for a few years. It’s efficient in being notified of guest arrivals when you’re far away from the door with no doorbell. It greets the guest and notifies you view video snippet. You can also customize seasonal greetings. It has privacy features for not seeing neighbors guests. Most importantly it has excellent night vision. You can answer guests from anywhere! I recommend this product.

The installation process is so easy, the durability is amazing and the video quality is unmatched. I love the battery life and the security features are amazing!

I’m very impressed with the Ring Peephole Cam. The installation was quick and simple, and it provides excellent video quality. I love the convenience of being able to see who’s at my door through my phone, even when I’m not at home. The motion detection feature works well, and the app is easy to use. Overall, it’s a great security addition for any home, and I highly recommend it!

Best purchase ever

Now this is wondeful. Not only does it detect motion, allow me to answer the door remotely when I have a delivery and have loads of features and great battery life with an excellent video quality and cheap storage (great when people drive into your parked car!!!) but it is also super easy to install through the peephole , has a rechargeable battery and captures hillarious footage of my husband pretending to be a raccoon!!!!!

You get what you pay for.

Installing the peep hole camera was a lot easier than I thought it would be but taking it out when moving is annoying and one important strip always rips and needs to be replaced. The battery stays charged for a decent amount of time. The motion detector is horrible, It misses so much and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. It wasn’t expensive so you get what you pay for. I do like to have it simply for safety reasons.

Overall great product

When we purchased our house we were looking for an affordable way to have some sort of security. We opted for this ring and it’s going on 4 years and works perfectly fine for our needs. The installation was easy, we did need to drill since our door didn’t have a peep hole to begin with. The video quality is great and the motion detection can be sensitive but you are able to change the settings on that. Night vision is ok and the audio clarity is good.

This device is specifically made for doors with peepholes. the camera has the same high quality to be expected from Ring, with 1080p HD video, infrared night vision and two-way audio with noise cancellation for super clear sound.

Small price for peace of mind

My door doesn't have a peephole. This ring camera makes me feel so much safer when opening my door. Since it is linked to my phone, I can see who rings no matter where I am. The speaker allows me to speak to the visitor, without them knowing whether I'm home. It just doesn't always work. The intercom can be fuzzy and delayed, as can the notifications. This hasn't been a problem at my new place, though. It may have been something to do with my former location, rather than the product.

We have ring cameras all over our house. The peephole was so easy to install and maintain. Sound os clear as well as the picture. This is a definite recommend!

What i need when i am not home

I like this camera like a buddy to watch my home when i am not there . Easy to use and watch on my phone . Very convenient to see who come to my house . Very high recommend this one .

Very useful for me

Probably one of the best products i have ever bought. It is easy to install and video quality is good. I know when packages are delivered to my house. Wish the response time was bit quicker.

Easy installation

Excellent product that gives me peace of mind that I haven’t missed anything. Clear picture, great motion detection. I love the peephole design which makes it so much easier to install and saves drilling permanent holes. Battery is easy to remove for charging without having to step outside. Battery lasts well and replacements are easy to acquire to have a back up to stop any gaps in the function. Funny smart responses make for lots of fun during Christmas and Halloween.

This camera is great for someone who lives in like an apartment or something of that nature. It’s extremely easy to install it. Works reliably. Super easy to install , no wiring needed. Crystal clear view. Easy to navigate all the different awesome features the app has to offer. Just wish the battery kept a charge longer.
