Would Not RecommendI bought these as replacements for two-year+ old failed builder hardware. The instructions were scant and very small print. There were no instructions on engaging the soft close mechanism, which I could not get to work. Manufacturer says it may be the builder mounting brackets, and I may need 100# capacity unit for kitchen waste basket drawer. I used the builder installed rear brackets and had to level and square the entire installation. I may try to return.

Would RecommendI installed a 14" drawer slide on a small desk. At first, only one side would catch to perform the self close properly while the other side self close mechanism would not catch. After further analysis I determined that adjusting the drawer mount attached to the cabinet with a slight angle (less than 5 degrees) created enough of the proper tension to pull out the drawer and keep the two self closing plastic mechanisms extended to effectively "catch the drawer" when it was pushed back in to crea...
