Average grill, with a busted controller unit.

This was easier than past grills to put together, although the instruction manual is full of wonky English. Grill performed as expected. However, the lcd controller would not function with the usb or ambient cable plugged into the back. It took a while to finally deduce the problem, but that was it. Thus was my 2nd order of this item. The first one was nerve delivered as requested but charged to my credit card account. After 4 weeks of the store stating they could no locate the item that was out for delivery on March 8, 2024 as scheduled. After 4 weeks I cancelled the order and was credited back the cost of the item. A few days later I ordered the same item again and it was delivered in 2 days. Thank you,

GOT SNOOCKERED

My wife bought this for Father’s Day but it came unassembled. Since my disability limits me from assembling it, I called my Lowe’s (Salem, NH) and all seemed to go well, they picked up and told me since it was online purchase, they would have to assemble it… It took a while for that to happen and multiple phone calls to find out what was up. A lot of good features that appealed to me.

Grill was shipped to Lowes. Lowes assembled it. When I picked it up the hood was badly dented. Got it home and the side burner knob wouldn't turn and the far left ignitor didn't work.

Don’t do it

Got this girl for my husband for Father’s Day, took forever to get the thing put together, we have used maybe 3 times since then and my husband has told me that one of the burners will not work and the door on the front won’t close. Don’t buy it. I’d love my money back…

Good functionig, cheap materials and assembly.

Good functioning, but it has some dents and the parts of the hood are not perfectly assembled, presenting some cracks between the parts and some burnt spots.

Lost the 1st, 2nd is damaged

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. If it doesnt come damaged, it wont come at all.

We just received the unit, and one burner does not light up and the cabinet door is not closing.

Cheaply made and unhelpful customer support

After spending a couple hours trying to assemble we found that multiple parts of the product were dented/missing parts. Door doesn't close easily. Igniter on the side burner does not work. Fedex delivered the heavy box at the wrong address where the packaging sat in heavy rain for a couple hours and ruined the packaging enough that it could not returned Lowes customer support did not have any acceptable solution to fix this, with different agents providing different information.

Lid dented when it came out of the box. Doesn’t sit evenly.

Disappointed

Free shipping was fast but the package was ripped and product was all scratched and dented. Looked like it had been repackaged. Was missing the blackstone. The igniters don't work

The size is nice and works well! I do wish the building of the grill would have included completing hook up for the side burner.

The actual parts of the grill mainly work. One burner has to be manually lit. However the digital panel has already gone out even with new batteries.
