What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this product for eliminating persistent pet odors and removing stubborn carpet stains with minimal effort. Many report it outperforms competing cleaners, lifting deep-set stains and neutralizing odors at the source rather than masking them. Reviewers consistently highlight how simple it is to use—requiring only light sprinkling and vacuuming—and note it works effectively even after shampooing or on heavily soiled areas. Several mention it freshened carpets that other products failed to address. A few note stubborn areas may need light scrubbing, though most find it a must-have household staple, especially for pet owners.

Would RecommendPurchased a home in which the previous owners had pets. Upon taking possession, we had the carpet cleaned throughout the house. As the weather warmed, the smell returned with a vengeance. I believe the smell is coming from longstanding issues that may have seeped into the carpet padding. Resolve was able to remove (for the time being) the smell. I only hope it lasts until we can get the carpet replaced.
Didn't get the smell out.
Would Not RecommendI use this product for cat urine. I actually had to tear up the carpet and replace the under padding. Then I sprayed this product on the area. I'm not sure if this product it's really intended for deep carpet use even though it says it is.
productuse
Would Recommendwe use on all carpet to clean/deodorize. works very well. we haves is best by tried many other products, but this is best by far.
Lifts the stain like magic
Would RecommendHaven't needed it for carpet yet, but I thought I'd try it on my sofa -under the cushions- brushed it in with a toothbrush and vacuumed up. Couldn't believe how much it lightened the stain. Not 100% on white fabric but it ought to do well on my carpet. Deodorized fairly well. Not sure how it would work on the sofa fabric so I used the Resolve spray on the cushions.
Effective and Easy to Use
Would RecommendA great product for cleaning large areas of carpeting. Sprinkle, brush in, let dry, vacuum. It is very effective on traffic area soil and dirt. Leaves carpeting smelling fresh.
Oh for the Old Days
Would RecommendWhen we first started using this it came with an attached brush, now you must purchase one. It works well, although how often do you have an empty bag on your vac? We first used it with toddlers, cleaned up well after the coughed up a mess. How use it for the cats. All in all easy to use.

Great Product
Would RecommendI used this product, after shampooing the carpet with a rented machine. The product was easy to use, it covered a large area and it cleaned the carpet very well. It dried quickly and left a pleasant clean smell. I do not have pets, so can't comment on pets stains or odors. I would recommend this product for stains, spots or a large area to be cleaned.
