Would RecommendInstalled it on my gate about two weeks ago. Not too difficult and works great so far. Let’s hope it passes the test of time. Good value and quality over the more expensive brand and so far, I haven’t experienced any difference.
Peace of mind
Would RecommendBrother has Alzheimer’s and wanders away quite frequently. Installed the deadbolts from Lowe’s. We have peace of mind to relax around the house and sleep at night. We keep a key to them nearby in case of emergencies.

Would RecommendUnderstanding that this is definitely not a "High-End" deadbolt, it does what it's basically designed to do... keeps the unmotivated from entering a door without having a key. Not sophisticated, but well worth the price paid to give a good show of security.

Would RecommendWe also bought the door handle to go with the dead bolt. The first thing about this product was the color and stood out and made the door look great. Easy to install and felt as sturdy as the other name brands.

Would RecommendPurchased this for the security door we added on the garage side door. Looks nice, and could be re-keyed to match existing doors hardware.
the people who work in the store are great! they keyed our locks to match our existing door keys. it is funny that we have had our door handles and deadbolts on our house since 1983 and did not realize how worn out they were until we bought new ones.
Poor design
Would Not RecommendThe features offered for this lock were what I needed (double-cylinder) and the price was right so I bought it. I've installed many lock systems so this should not have been as difficult an install as it turned out to be. It was incredibly difficult to line up the sides evenly and since it was a cheap lock, it fell apart when I inadvertently dropped one side. If I were to give honest advice if you are thinking about buying this lock, I would have to say "you get what you pay for" and this lock ...
