Would RecommendNice addition to my garage door. If you have high traffic, this is a nice purchase to protect the paint on your door and also prevent those black marks at the bottom of the door. Very easy to install.
Cheap crap from China
Would Not RecommendWhen I was looking at this in the store, I had reservations right away because it said it was made of aluminum with a brass finish. The brass plating must be less than 1 micron thick because this has been installed 2 days and it already has scratches that show the aluminum underneath. It is a kickplate, for effs sake, so it should be able to take a little touching from shoes and boots. But no, it already is looking like junk. And after just 2 days!!!!!

Not Brass, awful coating
Would Not RecommendThe listing says Brass Kick Plate, it's not brass. Also, there is a sticker that says to remove the plastic film after installation. The film will not come off. Marred the surface and the kick plate is now junk. Looking for something better.
