Would RecommendProduct was wrapped securely with covering on the corners. Everything about the product was is good shape. Went in without any difficulty. Like the metal plate on the jamb side of the door frame making it harder to gain access to the premises.

Misleading Information
Would RecommendI like the quality of the door and would give it a rating of 5, but the instructions are where the problem is. There is a phone number to call if you have any questions, and since my door is a steel door, they said that they could not answer any questions and that Lowes would have to answer them. Good Luck on that count! The instructions came with the door, so that is a rather lame answer in my estimation. They say that they recommend a sill pan, yet one does not come with the door and since...

Disappointed
The door is pretty nice. The doorframe is junk. I would have returned it but didn't pay attention to the frame until after I painted the door. Staples not hitting coming through the wood on the frame. I was able to get the staples out and put nails in the right way. Had to do a lot of filling before I painted the doorframe.
