Does the Job

Installed 3 of these recently. They do the job pretty well. They are pretty flimsy so don't expect them to take any hits from kids or chair or anything and be ok. Installation is straight forward though and usually available in store so that's a plus for me at least.

While the diffuser worked fine there just doesn't seem to be a selection of good quality in a lot of items any more

Functional but cheap

Used in my boys room under a window and it occasionally gets a foot on it. It bends easily then gets hard to open and close.

Saved considerable time it would have taken to sand, prime and finish coat existing register.

Great alternative to scraping and painting

We were all set to salvage our old diffusers, some of which had rusted in some places, others with several coats of paint, when I discovered these replacements. They are as higher or even higher quality than the originals. I replaced the whole house, so I ordered 10 or so. All came tightly wrapped and undamaged; some were shipped and some I picked up. In both cases, there were no defects and they look really attractive. I understand you can get a discount if you order in bulk.

Perfect little upgrade

I have an older home and I do not like the wall/floor vents. I purchased these hoping they fit since it was an impulse buy and I got lucky. They fit exactly like the old ones and provided an instant cleaning upgrade. Very happy and will definitely be buying more of the various sizes to replace the rest of the vents in he house.

Perfect Replacement Register

I was glad to see this new standard-sized register was so easy to install, and how much better it looked than the old one with multiple layers of paint. I’m going to replace more of them, now that I know how easy it is!

Disappointing

Very thin and flimsy. I installed a bunch of these throughout my house a couple years ago, and they dent and deform when you just barely tap them with your foot or bump them with the vacuum cleaner. Really disappointing. I like the design but would really like something much sturdier than this.

As advertised

Could they have included a couple of screws with it for mounting? Otherwise, simple to install and works as described. I'm satisfied with it.

Perfect relacement registers

We recently purchased a house that needed quite a bit of updating. We needed to replace five 24" baseboard registers and several 18" registers before we put in new hardwoods and carpet. In the store we easily found the 18, but no sign of the 24 on the shelf. Ordered these online, with the free shipping option and they arrived in one business day (rather than 3 as it said). The style is simple and I like the crisp white color, since that's the color i'm painting all the molding and baseboards. Ta...
