Would Not RecommendI had to drive to a store to get some of the chair assembled. A chair assembly guy does multiple stores and is only available on some days at unpredictable times so I had to leave the parts and drive over a second time. The people at the store were helpful but customer service by phone failed. A low cost low quality chair which I bought because I had a free gift card to Lowe's and the chairs can't be tested before buying. An expensive chair might have been even more uncomfortable. Would Not RecommendThe fact that this chair is rated for up to 400 lbs would suggest that the chair is a little bigger than it actually is. Actually quite small and uncomfortable.
