Self Checkout - Very Annoying!

I hate to shop at Lowe’s. The self checkout only is very annoying. I am going to checkout other options for home improvement items!!

Not for heavy cleaning

Handle snapped on first time cleaning my hardwood floor.. don't expect to be able to put extra elbow grease in to clean a hard area..or it will break.

Second Stroke - Handle Broke

Really disappointed with the strength of the handle. I'm not swinging on it by any means, but the ability for it to break at the first joint [not surprising - weakest area] in the second stroke left me bent over to finish the floor. Couldn't unscrew it to reseat it....Super Bummed! First time using the product. Fresh out of the box. Hoping that the floors come out nicely. The smell of the product was not strong or unpleasant [thankful as I have a sensitive sniffer]

Great for hardwood flooring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am I love with this mop. Seriously. I needed something to help me keep my newly installed hardwood floors clean. It has a long pole, which makes mopping more comfortable for a tall person like me (I’m 5’10.) There are three different microfiber pads, which are reusable. When they’re dirty, you just toss them in your washer.

great cleaning

Amazing Product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a husband who works in the construction field, a very active seven-year-old and a senior dog that doesn't act 'senior' at all - so I'm always on the hunt for products that help keep my house looking and feeling clean. I have hardwood and tile floors all in my home and I'm constantly vacuuming. I've noticed that, while the vacuum does good at getting up most things, I just don't feel wholly satisfied that everything is gone after using it...

Works well on Tile and Hardwood floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this on my hardwood floors and tile floors. I like that the dry mop makes it very easy to go over the floors and gather dirt and pet hair. This mop works much better and faster than a broom. It's nice that everything is machine washable. I have not noticed a difference in the shine of my floor, but, I do spend less time in the kitchen getting tough stains out.

Nice Mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mop a few weeks ago, and I used it a few times, but like my steam mop much better. It just didn't leave the clean shinny luster that my steam mop does. It is ok if you have a small area to mop, but with a house full of tile, vinyl, and lament flooring, you need something with a little more cleaning power.

I was surprised that on some tough areas you just need to go over it two or three times and it's gone. The best part is that the pads are reusable so no need to keep purchasing something. I really really like that.

My floors look new

Multi use

I use a pellet stove to heat my house and my floors get very dusty, this helps me to around tight areas to lift the dust. I also love the mop pad for mopping the floors. I wish it had a cleaning bottle attached for rewetting the floor though. Great for large rooms because it is long.

Cleans Nicely

I feel that having reusable microfiber pads instead of disposable helps. It has three different pads, one to dust, clean, and restore. I have 2 cats that shed constantly.
