Price seems a little much when compared to bigger bags. The birds do love this feed and filled the back yard with less common than usual bird for our area.

Birds loves this food

I have received this red river commodities premium bird food as a complimentary gift in exchange for my honest opinion. The bird food comes in 8lb bag and states it lasts for a while year. This premium blend bird food is versatile food for most of the bird types. We leave it out on our porch for bird and even squirrels loves this food too. Over all it's a best bird food for all cute little friends.

Attracted several species.

Not for all occasions

I tried using this product in my yard to attract birds for the first time and on a birdwatching trip, but the results weren't very convincing in both cases. If you already have an area where birds frequent, then it will work better for you. The food component seems complete; I hope it will show better results over time.

Great value

So much for your money! My kid loves seeing the birds so we tried this out. We definitely attract way more birds than we used to. The packaging is big and sturdy so it didn’t rip much and the scent seems to draw the birds in!

Watch out for squirrels stealing it all.

I think the birds liked it, but I am not sure they got much of it. I wish they made sone bird seed that squirrels hated!

All of the birds and squirrels have been very impressed with the quality of this blend they can't get enough of it like little pigs🤣

Be prepared to see all the different kinds of bird

This combination attracts all kinds of birds and they are loving it. I'm going to have to buy another one soon

The birds like it but…

This birdseed is relatively inexpensive and clearly loved by the birds in my neighborhood. However, while it's effective at birds, the quality of the seeds are a bit questionable in my opinion. The mix contains a noticeable amount of filler, including small wood pieces and a powdery substance that can make up nearly half the bag. It can make the seeds inside clumpy, as well. Despite this, the seed itself seems to be a hit with the birds, which is why I would give it three stars.

Works well

We love feeding birds in my house, and this was a hit with the kids and the birds. My kids loved putting these out for the birds to come and grab and as much as I love seeing the birds, my kids are even happier with it.

Absolutely love these.

I use these in my outdoor bird feeder. They absolutely love them and believe it or not those birds can be very picky. lol The packaging was easy to close to keep the food stored and fresh.

Finches loved this feed!

This was a nice size bag of birdseed and the finchs loved it! There was plenty of different seeds and I've refilled my feeder twice with plenty left.

It’s definitely a huge bag. I’ve tested it out with a bird feeder and they have been strong so many birds. It looks to be delicious to the birds and they like how it tastes since they come back all the time. It has a wide range of ingredients.
