The sugar free one tasted great, the taste for this one was not as good in my opinion. It definitely gave me energy and got me through the day a lot easier, the taste just wasn’t as good as the sugar free version. It didn’t taste bad at all, just not as good as sugar free. I try to take it only on those days where my desire to even walk is low, in fact it activates me very quickly and I prefer to consume the 8.4 oz only if my day will be short, in case I have more activities in the day I buy the 12 oz one
