Would RecommendThe RAINBIRD 5000 left stop setting at the gear drive is very susceptible to stripping and make the head useless. The key is reportedly to never twist the head to its left stop position until you have first twisted it to the right stop position. Never reverse course in the middle. After stripping the first one - and seeing That the head could rotate a full 360° s left - I used more care in installing the second one. Would RecommendI built a sled for the sprinkler from pvc and i use it for mu whole yard. Works better than those cheap ones.
Inaccurate description
Both products are great: 42SA & CP5004PC. Lowe's description is inaccurate and misleading. Please correct your description. The item you are selling is the 42SA (not the CP5004PC). The CP5004 is the professional grade series which has a range of up to 50 feet along with a few other features. The 42SA's range is up to 38 feet. Therefore your posted description is misleading. Please correct. Visit Rain Bird's website for a comparison between the models.
