Poor QC check by Lowes on online orders
Would Not RecommendI ordered 6 sprinkler heads and they arrived on time. One of those six had dirt on it, had marks of the teeth of a plier, and had wrong nozzle (2.0 instead of 3.0). This was clearly a customer return, and Lowes put it back in the inventory without doing any QC check. Trying their online chat, and the bot is in endless loop. Disappointed.

Product performed as advertised. Adjustment is a bit of a learning curve, but doable.
Be patient. Someone will help you.
Would RecommendThe product is great and everyone is always ready to assist you but I have found no one that has enough knowledge about the sprinkler to teach you how to set the left and right boundaries.
