Where has this shovel been all my life?

I’ll never use a conventional shovel again! Had to dig a trench for buried electrical work and this helped with roots that were in the way of the manual trenching spade I used. ( I reviewed it too as it is Fabulous!) Where has this shovel been all my life?! Worth the $.

The hight is good for leverage

Does the job as advertised

I have several bushes that had died and the roots were dense. This helped cut through the roots and I was able to get the stumps and roots out. It worked better than I expected because a lot of tools are all hype and no performance. This did what it was supposed to do and made a very hard job easier than I had imagined it would. Still have to put in the effort but no other shovel could do what it did.

Good multi purpose tool

At first I purchased this to dig up weeds that grew into small trees. Found that it also works great for weeding out between concrete cracks when turned on its side. Has good weight and strength.

Great shovel for rocks

This shovel is great for digging out rocks from the lawn. I have a new build and the yard is compacyed clay with rocks and thid mskes it easy to break up thr ground and gey those rocks out. The step on the side is big enough to stand on and the shovel head is thick enough to be able to pry stuff out of the ground. Great quality tool worth the price.

Awesome Ice Chipper

I bought this shovel for sod cutting, but after a recent ice storm, I adapted it as an ice chipper, and it was the best tool I ever used (besides a propane torch) for ice removal on my drive and sidewalks. I used it on neighbors' drives as well. It's a good design.

What a great tool ! I struggled getting a bush stump out with a shovel. Took about an hour if not longer. Looked online and found this brilliant tool. Did the other 4 root stumps in an hour.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I had to for this tool. Simply amazing for cutting and removing roots. Last weekend I removed roots from a bush and it took me an hour if not more with a shovel. Looking for an easier way I found this tool online at Lowes. Brilliant design of a shovel with a sharp edged cutting nose, serrated sides, and a sturdy metal handle. I just got done cutting and removing the remaining 4 other bush roots in under an hour. Redesign Needed

The angle between blade and the handle is too much. Also, it would work much better with a rounded point. It's great for prying, but not for cutting. I had been using a straight long handle sharp shooter shovel to remove chinese privets. I drive the shovel into the earth by stomping on it with my foot and circling the shrub. If I can't cut through a root, I use my arms to work the shovel like a tamping bar and cut through the root. The rounded point on the sharp shooter shovel allows it to...
