I love these knives. This is my second purchase and I will be making future purchases. They are lightweight and easy to handle. My only regret is that I purchased the black handles and wish I had purchased the silver. It is purely a visual issue. I just like the silver look better. I can't wait to buy more. I will definitely buy these for all my gift giving needs.

I love the knives...they are really amazing but it never fails, someone in my family will inevitable put one in the dishwasher and ruin the handle on it...I wish they were dishwasher safe...that would be my single complaint.

Best knives ever!
I think I have used these knives for years and didn't know it..I had bought them years..I mean years ago at a fund raiser. They are perfection! I cook every day and use these every day. One of my older ones had been sharpened so many times thru the years it was looking like a shaving knife!! These are beyond wonderful!!
