Would RecommendMy online order require the purchase of a minimum order of 12 packages of insulation. this was fine because I would require all 12 bundles to insulate my cathedral ceiling. When the order reached the store for delivery, six of the bundles were sold to another customer before it could be delivered to my home. When they delivered my order it was only six bundles. I had paid for 12 bundles. The Assocuate Manager apologized but said the only thing they could do was reorder the missing six bundles. I...

The insulation is great. The delivery was the problem. I painted extra for in house delivery and they left it on the curb. I complained and I was told someone would get back to me within 24 hours and it’s been 3 days. I should be reimbursed the delivery charge.

Would RecommendEasy to work with, do not need as much protection as with fiberglass - because of the dust and small pieces that occur you should wear eye protection, mask and while not necessary, I would recommend gloves.
