Ratings & Reviews for RESCUE! Reusable yellow jacket trap Outdoor Pheromone scent Canister Insect Trap

These Are Fabulous

I just learned about these this past Spring. Didn't have a lot in the Spring, but now there 1/2 full.

yellow jacket trap

Used it for 4 days one bee. Want my money back. Not happy with this producr

Really works

Here on our lake in West Michigan we had an infestation of yellow jackets this summer. When two children at our 4th of July party were stung I had enough. I bought this rescue trap at home Depot and it has eliminated the problem. In seven weeks has killed about 1000 yellow jackets. The original bait did not last long but the ten week replacement is on week five and going strong. Thanks!

Great curbside service...

Great curbside service, I will use this more and more.

Not a good thing

Doesn’t work

Getting revenge for being stung!

I got stung recently so I bought the reusable trap and a bag trap. The reusable one has been much better than the bag. I hope the one who stung me is dead!

This does the job!

Shortly after hanging this up it attracted and trapped several yellow jackets.

No good

I've purchased two if these and gave had them up for weeks...only trapped one wasp. Think that was an accident.

Effective!

We hung this up in the evening, and by the next morning it had already trapped so many yellow jackets! We didn’t expect it to work so quickly, especially since it hasn’t even been up during the main part of the day yet when yellow jackets are most active.

Weak yellow jacket attractant

I bought this yellow jacket attractant a week ago and went to use it and it had almost no smell at all. No bees were attracted. Went to Home Depot got another brand and it was very strong , got many bees. Not happy.

Great trap

Great trap, easy to use and always attracts Yellow Jacks and wasps.

Works immediately!

I set these up inside my house, and before I could even hang the first one they were trying to enter the trap. Its been about an hour and I stopped cou ting at 20 yellow jackets. These work so well I will never use anything else!

trap

Works great and helps with the yellow jackets.

Zippo caught or lured

Hung this trap out and nothing. Evidently the bait which I put on the cottonball has no allure. Perfectly useless!

Did not work.

My yard is full of wasps. In 1 hour, with a hose and my boot, I was able to kill 30+ wasps. This product hung in the middle of my yard for 10 days without catching anything. It even killed a bee, though it says bee friendly. I bought 2 of them and absolutely regret it.

I got stung. I took it personally. This helped!

I was mowing my yard and went by a hidden yellow jacket nest. BAM! Before I knew they got me twice. I got stung again by the time I located the nest. Then I bought spray and had to wait until dusk to stalk these yellow devils then took aim to cover the nest. While this helped, what was most effective was the Rescue Yellow jacket trap. I hung it up and it did all the hard work. I had a trap full of wasps, yellow jackets, and large hornets. It was easy to do and I didn't have to wait until midnigh...

great product

Great Product

Definitely recommend using this product to trap those pesky yellow jackets! It works great!

Have been able to enjoy our deck more!

These traps have helped us to control our yellowjacket problem we have. We usually have them swarming our patio door and making nest in every corner, under deck and even in our deck furniture. This has helped with the number of them we have seen.

Pretty nifty!

I love that this has no chemicals or poison, is reusable and doesn't LOOK like it's a bug trap. I haven't had success with this yet, but it's only been a week or so, and we don't have too many yellowjackets in our yard. Will definitely update if/when I get to do a yellojacket body count, which I'm really looking forward to for some weird reason! I will add that the attractant smell is really hard to wash off, so please learn from my mistake, and try not to let it get on your hands! I received ...
