Would Not RecommendThis trap has not caught even 1 fruit fly. We have had it out for several day on the counter within a 6" of where the fruit flies congregate and not one has been attracted to it. I saw one fruit fly right over the trap too. The trap itself is well constructed but does not catch any fruit flies.

I was skeptical, then impressed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say that this trap has a pretty strong scent, but it wasn't horrible... At any rate, I get gnats often, and without warning. I've tried my own DIY traps, commercial ones, you name it, to largely disappointing results. I got this trap right around when gnat traffic tapers off, and didn't think much more about it, until a month or so later when I cleaned of the window where it sat.... the trap was FULL of gnats! I'm super impressed.

It works!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a little conflicted about the RESCUE- fruit fly trap because it DOES work…the fruit flies are attracted to scent and once they go inside the apple, they can’t get back out. It just doesn’t feel much different than putting apple cider vinegar in a shallow dish to attract and trap the fruit flies. The little apple container is much cuter than just a shallow dish sitting on your counter and I suppose it would be less of a spill hazard too. Ove...

Works as it should!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fruit flies are the most annoying thing and it is difficult to get rid of them all. Fortunately, this fruit fly trap worked perfectly. It is a little smelly at first but as long as I get rid of the little bugs, it doesn't really matter. Easy to fill up and easy to clean, I highly recommend this wonderful product.

Very convenient and efficient
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to setup and takes hardly a minute to get it going . The liquid works well for a few days and traps food flies through the cycle . The flies are attracted to the container and once they get in get trapped and no way to escape . We used it for about a week without changing the liquid and worked very well to trap the food flies and small insects which are generally attracted to fruits and vegetables.

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fruit fly trap was super easy to use and did a really good job of decimating the fruit fly populations that had started accumulating in my kitchen and a few other areas around the house. Will use again

Didn't work very well
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fruit fly trap didn't work that well - it was a little jar of liquid that is supposed to sit somewhere in the affected area. On the positive side, it was very easy to set up and the liquid didn't smell... but it only caught 2 flies, so it didn't really work.

Fruit fly trap
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trap works pretty well, it comes with a premix that has a light vinegar smell you may or may not notice. The cute little red dishwasher safe container sits inconspicuously on the counter near the fruit bowl.

Works
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing the low stars and reading a few negative reviews I was hesitant, but desperate and decided to still give this product a try. I am beyond happy to say these little things did not let me down. I took a picture of only one of them, but all 4 that I bought were filled up. These fruit flies had gotten so out of control while I was a way for a few weeks in my home I’m so happy this caught them basically all. The liquid did last for about...

really works!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a very bad fruit fly issue in my bathroom and this trap really helped. It is very easy to use and safe around children. One minor issue is that it has a strong scent the first 2-3 days after you open the packet. Within minutes a few flies were already swimming in the liquid, so I know it definitely works right away.

Works great!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this and hung it in my kitchen because I had trouble with fruit flies around my sink. I had tried bleach down the drain and other things with no results! I hung this and haven't had anymore since! It works great!

Simple and effective
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Different colors might be a good option to incorporate so that it didn't clash with your kitchen but it's small enough to hide out of sight usually. Simple set up and has been effective. Initially you notice the apple code vinegar smell but that dissipates in about a day although I have a super sensitive nose so your results may vary.

It works
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What more is there to say? It is super simple to use and it accomplishes the job. It seems like some people think it will happen immediately but it takes some time for the fruit flies to find the bait. Once they do they can't resist and then they can't escape.

A Necessity If You Have a Garden!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have a small vegetable garden and we keep a lot of fruits and veggies in the house at all times. This can and does occasionally draws fruit flies. The fruit fly trap does not eliminate flies totally, but placed in the right location, can keep the flies away from your fruits and veggies. It is a must have!

Didn't catch much
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a huge fruit for problem in my house for some reason, so I was really stoked to try this *Rescue! Fruit fly trap, but to no avail they would rather just hang around and not go into there new fly "home" I really feel like fruit flies evolve just like any creature of this planet and they are just too smart lol. I watched tons of them think about going in, but they just land And fly away. Very frustrating. The contraption looks like it woul...

Fruit flys beware!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I like the design of the Rescue! Fruit Fly Trap. I like that you are able to refill and that it comes apart for cleaning. The trap is small and doesn’t seem to spill easily like others I have tried. The one “con” for me is that the attractant has a very strong odor of apple cider vinegar. I was hoping this trap would have a less stinky attractant but it seems similar to others on the market. I would choose this trap over others for the...
