after plumbing door I noticed it didn't look it. upon investigation the 9 light window is 1/4 inch out of square with door...really bothers me but in a time crunch...ill be checking at the store from now on...if this was more than a shop I would have been back for a refund.

Strong steel door that was a perfect replacement.

This steel door was purchased to replace a similar door that was installed when our house was built over 30 years ago. The door is a perfect replacement in form, fit, and function. It was simple to install, and after painting was a significant improvement over the older door.

Be ready to fix the door before install

The door itself is very good quality but the frame had to be fixed before it was installed. It had nails that missed the top board and would have been seen after the door was installed.

Terrible quality and delivery issues

I purchased these doors for delivery. Delivery was efficient, but the product was delivered at night at a location with little lighting. Upon installation, we discovered multiple issues. A quantity of two doors was ordered under the same part number. One of them was white (as ordered). The second one was actually a light gray color. Do not buy under and circumstance.

If I could give this door negative stars I would. It was plagued by numerous manufacturing defects. The nails used to construct the casing were shot through the casing and through the seal. The door wouldn't close because of this. The hinges were installed completely wrong. The deadbolt holes were not perpendicular to each other so the dead bolt couldn't be installed. And there were several dents/dings in the steel door. Absolute garbage. Luckily Lowes replaced this door with another of better q...

Looks nice for the price

This door was difficult to hang balanced, as one of the jams had a curve to it and it took me a while to balance it. Ultimately had to put more nails through the jam than I prefer. But I do like the solid feel of the door and it’s. A great price for a windowed door.
