Would RecommendThis is a great product, I love it! However, after waiting three hours for services, I was given the wrong size door so my service crew had to cut a larger opening in the doorway to make the door fit. I had to pay extra for this! Still angry but happy with the results.

Would RecommendThis is a very sturdy door. the Prehung frame is strong and easy to install. Leveling and plumbing was simple. Door knob and deadbolt predrills were spot-on and aligned perfectly with Jamb. Packaging protected the product well. Lowe's ordering and help with loading was fantastic.

Would Not RecommendI purchased 3 different doors and this is the most disappointing for the money. The staples were shot into the frame incorrectly and the door was nailed to the frame shot. We had to hammer and pray the door open to install it. The next step also told us that quality is different from other comparable brands. Be gentle when you install it. the metal can bend easily.
