What Customers Are Saying
The CPVC ball valve is generally well-received for its ease of installation, smooth operation, and tight seal when turned off. Many customers found it to be a good value that worked as expected to shut off water supply. However, some reported issues with leaking or difficulty turning the valve. Overall, the valve appears to be a reliable and affordable option for various plumbing projects, provided it is properly installed.

Great product
Would RecommendGreat product. Never had issues. Seems like these are being replaced with much more expensive Shark Bites. One person in reviews said they get cement inside of the ball. If your using that much, someone else should be doing your plumbing. I’ve installed hundreds of them. Never had a complaint.
Worthless CPVC Valve
Would Not RecommendYour should not use CPVC ball valves; use brass ball valves and male adapters
It is what it is.
Would Not RecommendThe outside pipe is a little tapered on the outside so it didn't work for me.
Buy a 2nd one and have additional pieces .
Would Not RecommendDefective. Leaked at the handle when water was turned on.
