As with many vendors, online inventory does not always match actual in store inventory. I ordered 4 rolls of "unfaced" insulation. When I went to pick it up, I was given 2 rolls of faced, and 2 rolls of unfaced, simply because the inventory was wrong. Not a big problem, but it could have been. I would not have been happy after driving over an hour to get the items.

For the price this is a good product. If you want an easy to install, secondary insulation with a foil face then this is for you. The R-value is good for what it is and I like how it won’t mold. I probably wouldn’t recommend as your only form of insulation but for an exterior or interior sheathing to bump up your R value I highly recommend it. Also, while i’m not an engineer or architect, so take this with a grain of salt, it seems to make the building slightly more rigid before you install OSB ...
