I measured my broken mop handle with a ruler to make sure I didn't get the wrong size. 3/4". After finding this handle did not fit my mop, I measured the new handle. 5/8". I wish I took a pic before returning it so no one else gets screwed on this. Even if the 3/4" refers to the actual ferrule or handle, the sticker on the pole says standard threading.
