Blade not very strong

Used this for a short while to scrape old paint off. The blades seems to go blunt very quickly shame can't change the blade, also not sure what the 10 applications are, still good for opening boxes that are taped up.

Folding scraper

I thought this would be cool to have but. When you use it scraping it's to easy to hit the lock and it unfolds on you pinching your fingers. So for this I give 2 stars.

Over-designed

I bought this tool unseen online and am quite disappointed with it considering the price. Purdy tools are generally of very high quality but someone over-designed a simple tool in creating this. The first problem is that the blade is too thick to work well for scraping. Secondly, the blade folds into the handle. This might sound like a plus but when you're bearing down to do something and the blade suddenly folds, it isn't pleasant.

lock needs a lot of improvement

loved it for first couple days until the lock stopped working. as long as it's not being used to scraper with it's fine. however with the smallest amount of pressure it will snap closed on you. I will not purchase a new one unless they improve the lock. if it stayed open it would be a great tool

great tool man

It fits right in your pocket i always bring it with me to work and i had it for a while but i lost it and i bought a new one it is amazing having it for about a year it barely had Scratches

I do not recommend this product it is a waste of $

Broke within 3 days it's to thin where the bottle opener is, if you look down at the bottom of the blade there is hardly any metal there although it's a cool idea being able to fold it closed maybe they tried to put to many tools on one small blade. If they made the blade solid perhaps it would be a pretty sweet tool...oh yeah and the lock on the blade didn't wprk .

Almost took the whole finger off.

First time using this amazing gadget, the lock for the blade slipped and almost took the middle finger off my right hand. Thankfully my bone was in place to stop it. A painful reminder to buy fixed blade tools. If you use this be very careful. The results purdy much suck.

Loved it for 2 days!

I loved this multi tool putty knife . Fit in my pocket without cutting holes in my pants or vehicles , but after 2 days of routine work the blade no longer stays locked in place and closes on my hands. It also no longer closes correctly I have to push the blade over to make it shut. Maybe I just got a dud , because another guy I work with got one because he likes mine and his is still working perfectly.

Handy dandy

Very handy and does multiple things. It has a few things a regular 5 in 1 doesn’t. The blade folds down into the yellow handle so it’s easy to keep in a tool box or belt without snagging or gauging things. I especially like that it has a feature that you can use as a flat screwdriver and also to open the lid of paint cans. The tool is also solid and seems like it will last a while.

Endless uses

I never go on the job without it, best multi tool I've ever used, it takes a beating as well. Great having such a versatile tool clipped to your pocket.

I got this tool on sale the other day. It's amazing! Breezing through this job where I'd normally be frustrated with cheaper 5in1s that don't do the job. This one is amazing, strong and super versatile! I used to paint professionally. I wish I'd had this back then!

Folding multi tool breaks

Bought 2. The first one the edge on the metal front chipped off. Can't scrap now. Bought another one and it won't lock in when open.mind you this happens instantly. If i spend money one a multi to I would other that they would still be finem. Purdy overall is what I use on everything.
