wonderful
this is my first ever review but since I have been having so many back problems and hard time sleeping I was willing to try anything. I received this mat today after being outside all day wanted to try it and was so happy how great it worked for me for the short nap I took. I slid it under my fitted sheet and fell sound aleep I would encourage you to try it. we are soon taking a trip and it will be great to take.

Greater than expected!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fibromyalgia; my daughter purchased one of theses mats and pillows about a month previous to me. After using it several times she told me I need to get one too! I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect but I tell you - I was very pleasantly surprised! After a few minutes - now literally one or two - it feels like a warm massage! Greatest concept ever! And I’m having more and more good days!

Great for pain and tension relief!

Never thought it would help that much

Love The Mat and Pillow

I have really tight hamstrings and have been using the mat to sit on after aerobic workouts and it really helps them relax. I bought two sets and gave one to my daughter. She says her sleep is improved if she lies on the mat and pillow for 10 minutes before bed. The instructions are great however no cleaning/care info was included. Would love to ...

Amazing results
I cannot believe how much this has helped with my back and neck pain. My husband uses the pillow on his foot. It is the first relief he has gotten from plantar fasciitis. It is really incredible.

The most relaxing thing I've ever bought

It has helped with lower back soreness, neck strain, and my overall sleep quality. I especially love that it came with a little booklet on different positions to try for different areas of your back and the rest of your body. Would definitely recommend! My only regret is that I didn't wait for the purple one to come back in stock
