I suffer from severe chronic pain throughout my entire body (fibromyalgia) and was in the market to try an accupressure mat (I deal with my pain naturally). I believe you should start off slow 10 or 15 minutes and then work your way up in time. I can really feel the loosening of tight spots in my back. I have been sleeping better. I am looking forward to continuingto use this product.

Second Day using it.
I never really had any back issues until about 6 months ago. Started in my lower back very stiff for years but not a lot of pain until I picked up something the wrong way. I've been to massage and physical therapy which helped some but never really took that tight annoying g pain away, until i tried this mat so far so good pain reduced big time.
