It has come in handy to help relieve muscle tightness, and also has helped with relaxation and meditation. I do wish the pad were a bit bigger, to cover more surface area at a time, but it works and the pillow is quite nice for relieving neck tightness. Takes some getting used to, but I like it!

Excellent Purchase

I have laid on the accupressure mat for 20 minutes for 3 nights in a row, right before bed, and I have slept through the night all 3 nights. My boyfriend also has trouble sleeping. He laid on it and within 5 minutes, fell asleep. I am in awe.

I’m not the only one who uses it in my house. My husband used it when he pulled a muscle in his back and my daughter uses for muscle soreness from gymnastics. They both got relief from the pain. Definitely a great purchase!

Just what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! I started with wearing a t-shirt to lay down on the mat, for about 5 mins. You feel like you’re melting into the floor in the best way. It’s a diff level of stress relief and relaxation. The green color is fun and bright. Can’t beat the price!

I have also found I'm able to fall asleep faster and more comfortably. I was expecting more discomfort from the spikes, so am able to comfortably lie on it for quite a while.

This accupuncture mat and pillow set takes some time to get used to.
My daughter told me about this product. She has lower back pain and she really likes her mat and pillow set. I've tried it several times so far and hurts when you first lay on it but if you lay on it for 30 minutes of so, it does help to take away lower back pain.

After reading all the positive reviews, I had high hopes for the acupressure pillow and mat. I have severe back pain and headaches. I tried sleeping on them and sitting against them for hours. Unfortunately, they did not help decrease either pain at all. Waste of my money

EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS!
I suffer from severe chronic pain throughout my entire body (fibromyalgia) and was in the market to try an accupressure mat (I deal with my pain naturally). I did hours of research and so many articles/reviews will bring you to this brand either 1st or 2nd. I liked the price point as I was not sure if it would work and went for it.
