Feel Good Mat

Second Day using it.
I never really had any back issues until about 6 months ago. Started in my lower back very stiff for years but not a lot of pain until I picked up something the wrong way. I've been to massage and physical therapy which helped some but never really took that tight annoying g pain away, until i tried this mat so far so good pain reduced big time. It arrived quickly and in good condition, and after using it i do feel some sort of pain relief on my neck and back. for its price, i think its definitely a good buy. way cheaper than some other devices out there.

Excellent Product
This mat helps my back, hips and neck pain so much. I still cannot do on bare skin yet so I use thin nylon exercise clothing and I still get full benefits. I lay on it until I relax, that’s when it becomes more effective, I am even able to do exercises while on the mat. 15-20 minutes and I feel so much better and refreshed, it actually livens me up. No need for costly expensive products, Prosource Accupressure Mat will solve your problems.

New experience for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I relaxed, it felt pretty good. I haven't tried the mat yet. I have only done the pillow on my nerve damaged neck. Haven't done it regularly enough to know if it helps with pain symptoms. I have faith that it will help. Just need to fit it into the schedule.

The mat can be very uncomfortable, especially the first few times laying on it. After using the mat and pillow for 3 weeks, I cannot get comfortable. I will be returning the products.
