Love it! So far so good. The hose conversion was a little tricky but that's what husbands are for! He found a helpful video on YouTube that explains how to change the plugin based on the wall unit you have. Only thing I would recommend is add a hose cover. Great product for the price! Glad I didn't let the negative reviews prevent me from buying this central vacuum kit.

Works great. I am happy with it so far. Only thing I wish was better is that it is hard to detach the pole from the vacuum head. Would like to switch it out to use the bate floor tool, but it almost takes two people to be able to pull the pole out from the vacuum head. It's easy to release at the handle for the other tools though.
