Would Not RecommendStraight out of the box, the beater bar head would not stay engaged. Kept falling off. Also, the hose kinked. It kinked so badly that I had to turn off the suction to get it to release. Taking it back to Lowe’s.

Would Not RecommendWithin a year of buying this specimen we started havin g issues with the wand head. It blows crap everywhere. I have inspected, cleaned over and over to no avail. This morning it worked for 5 minutes before blowing crap everywhere. Keep looking. This one is certainly NOT worth a thousand dollars.
This power head is garbage.
Would Not RecommendIf I knew then what I know now I would never buy this set. The power head does not work correctly and never has after 3 months. It blows particles all over the place. Does not seem to be plugged but there are NO customer friendly ways to open it up besides disassembly. I would never suggest this set to anyone because of it. At this time the set is useless.
Vacuum hose comes with a Pigtail Connection
Would RecommendI did a lot of research on this vacuum before buying it. One question was about the hose. On the Lowe's website it says it comes with a Direct Connection. I need a Pigtail Connection. I got all my answers by emailing Service@GreatVacs.com. Their customer service has been exceptional. They usually answer within hours. The vacuum system arrived without an instruction manual. Suction is fantastic, and the longer hose is terrific although a little heavy. Hand tool to vac head is very tight, but starting to get the hang of it. Twice as powerful as the previous unit.

Works Wonderfully
This product required a bit of modification in order to work with our existing system, but all the needed items were included with the kit. My husband was able to make the necessary adjustments. I find this set of attachments work much better than the originals that came with the installed central vacuum. I also like that the power head is light colored as it will not leave dark marks on the baseboards when vacuuming close to them. Good choice
