Prolux 11 -Piece Vacuum Attachment Kit

This power head is garbage.

If I knew then what I know now I would never buy this set. The power head does not work correctly and never has after 3 months. It blows particles all over the place. Does not seem to be plugged but there are NO customer friendly ways to open it up besides disassembly. I would never suggest this set to anyone because of it. At this time the set is useless.

Terrible. Save your money

Straight out of the box, the beater bar head would not stay engaged. Kept falling off. Also, the hose kinked. It kinked so badly that I had to turn off the suction to get it to release. Taking it back to Lowe’s.

Vacuum hose comes with a Pigtail Connection

I did a lot of research on this vacuum before buying it. One question was about the hose. On the Lowe's website it says it comes with a Direct Connection. I need a Pigtail Connection. This is an initial review based on OOBE (out of box experience). The hose seems solid and the attachments are, well, plastic attachments as expected. There was no documentation so when I pulled out the hose and the carpet head, I was disappointed that there were electrical cords required to run the beater brush instead of the hose having the 2 prongs I was expecting to supply electricity to the head. Within a year of buying this specimen we started havin g issues with the wand head. It blows crap everywhere. I have inspected, cleaned over and over to no avail. This morning it worked for 5 minutes before blowing crap everywhere. Keep looking. This one is certainly NOT worth a thousand dollars.

Very good replacement for my old central vacuum host.

I bought a over 30 years old house and the central vacuum does't work after several time's use of my old one. I thought maybe something wrong with my hose so I bought the new cheaper one to replace the old one. Easily best vacuum I've owned. When I moved in, the central vac unit did not have a power head attachment. I bought a $200 dollar canister vac to take care of the carpets, but was pretty underwhelmed by it's performance. It would often fail to pick up visible pet hear and dirt. Great value and a great product

This is a great product and a very reasonable price. Some have noted the lack of instructions, but I found everything very intuitive right out of the box. We have adapted this to use with a large shop-vac having no central vac in our house, but by plugging the hose into the wall and an adaptor to the vac, it works great!
