cheaply made

Was not able to get the fitting to seal on the wall stub. Overall felt as cheap as the price!

Great shower head for the price. Cumbersome hose.

Works very well, installed easily and gives satisfactory results! Comes with basic spray adjustments, and the chrome finish is attractive. Only downside is the hose which is not very flexible and gets in the way a bit when the head is mounted in the holder. I will probably replace the hose with a substitute.

Great shower head, but kinky hose

We liked the first one of these we bought a few years ago so well that we bought this one for another shower. But the hose on this newer one doesn't hang as smoothly as the older one. I figured after a few hot showers that it might straighten out. But so far it's still kinked from being packaged tightly for sale. I hope it relaxes and hangs smoothly with more time. The shower head itself works great like the first one.

Already Cracked and Leaking

Worked great for a few showers. It's now developed a leak where the hose connects to the main showerhead extending from the wall. Removed the unit and reinstalled with new tape and to still leaks from what I found to be a small stress crack.

Hose is kinky and stinky

Do not buy! The hose is so stiff you can’t get the shower head to stay straight. Not to mention the plastic stinks! Luckily my husband found a brand new metal hose at a flea market.

No turn on/off switch

Cannot turn it on/off at the handle, only by reaching up to the switch at the showrhead near the ceiling, I did not realize this when I purchased it. It does not work very well for me but it is installed. Something I had to get someone else to do for me. I mistakenly trusted the employee to know more than he did. When asked about differences among so many choices, he said they are basically all alike - do the same thing. He pointed out to one he has has that he likes. It was larger than I wanted...

Hose is too cheap

The shower head and mount are fine. The hose is awful. I used the one from my previous shower head to make it work.

Installation Issues

If you use the Teflon pipe tape that comes with the shower head - use all of it, or better yet, get some decent Teflon pipe tape. Further, wrap something sticky around the base of the handle so it won't twist around in the holder. I may have discarded something that served this purpose thinking it was packaging. Other than the aforementioned items the product works fine so far.

Affordable

Affordable and easy install. Wanted an affordable replacement that still worked well.

Broken internal gasket.

Discovered that an internal gasket was broken causing a large leak with spraying water. Returned it for an identical replacement. The replacement had the same defect. Returned it for a shower head by another manufacturer which works very well.

Hose has a strong plastic smell, even after a month of use. Head doesn't fit well in the holder, constantly turning or jumping out of it.
