Hose fell out of shower head

Had this installed for about 2 years when suddenly a leak developed where the hose connects to the handle. A day later the hose came completely out of the handle. I called customer service to use the "Lifetime Warranty". Because I didn't keep the receipt I was told too bad, no help.I have packaging

Excellent

Excellent for the price

This is a good showerhead for the price but if your shower is used by more than 2 people expect to purchase it again in about a year. It tends to get a crack on the side and shoot out water.

Price on par with quality

Quality on par with cost, returned first one due to crack in handheld unit. Doubtful of the longevity of unit.

Cheap and low quality.

A prime example of you get what you pay for. Yes it works but its very cheap.

Excellent

Good pressure but has design flaw

The shower head has plenty of water pressure. Easy to install, only issue is the holder will not keep the shower head pointing g forward. The water pressure causes it to twist to one side or the other. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing the item as long as this flaw exists. Reviewed 7/2023.

Buy a different one!

I received this as a gift and was pretty excited because I've been wanting one for a while. Unfortunately, it leaks where it hooks the the pipe from the wall and nothing would stop the leak. Also, only 4 of the 5 settings work. No water comes out on one of them and all the others are quite sloppy in that water comes out where it's not supposed to for the setting. I will be returning this for a better quality one.

Finish is cheap and may need touch up.

The shower head is painted a flat matted black. Even though careful and using a cloth the paint comes off with minimal tightening. Had to use touch up paint to hide blemish.

Feels cheaply built, way lighter weight than previous model, resulting in it feeling more like a toy. But it is doing the job ok

Light, good settings, poor mount, stiff hose.

Lightweight showerhead, second one we bought. Mount leaks on both, even when following instructions properly. New style flexible hose is much stiffer than the old one and prevents easy orientation when in the holster. Both work great on Well water.

leaked like a sieve

installed many showerheads in my lifetime. this one hand water coming out everywhere but the shower head. looking for a low cost solution to a seldom used second shower. this wasn't it.

Garbage

Installed 6 times and could not stop it from leaking. No friction on the shower head so the head will turn by itself in the holder arm.
