The product was fine and the salesperson was also very good, but when I called to get some help I could hear the phone ring and it was another salesperson who held up the phone and then hung up on me, they did not know I was watching them, very poor service!

When you look up an item online and the store claims there are many of these items available in the store, and you drive twenty minutes to the store to purchase one of these items only to find that there not, in fact, any of these items available, it leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. Especially when you proceed on to another store only to find h=that their online stock is also a complete lie.
