Great looking

Easy to install , great water pressure. Was purchased as a gift for my mom, had a friend install it. The hardest part was removing the old faucet.

20 Minuit installation

Ease of installation, water flow is very good, and the shower head moves around great. IMO a good product.

This product is not easy to install compare to other brands. Spend a little extra money and get a more expensive one so you don’t spend extra money on additional flex pipe. Lastly, the plastic connection to the faucet hose is not strong compare to other brands, it can easily break free when you turn the main water valve on after install. So then you would have to waste time taking it out of your sink and buy a more expensive kitchen faucet with better connection.

I will have to pay a plumber to uninstall/reinstall it and from some of the ratings and my experience, this may not be cost effective. Too bad, I really liked this faucet while it worked...

Never can get looseness out.

Love the look and sprayer in faucet, but never seems to tighten down. My husband went and bought a basin wrench but still is loose. Also, the plate is very loose and allows water under it. We ended up uninstalling to add silicone under plate.
