good replacement

this is a good updated for our old TP holder - having the mounting hardware included is a plus. it is an easy fit. Check the hole for your old unit before purchase. our old holders are slightly smaller so it is easy to touch the hole up with a jab saw. the other way around and it would not work out. overall very satisfied, it sure saved some drywall repair over two bathroom remodels.

BEWARE THE TEMPLATE

Why would you put a template in the package that is wrong? Unfortunately I didn't read reviews first. The template IS NOT the correct size and now I have a hole in the wall to big for the unit. Created a lot of extra work repairing drywall. Very frustrating.

5 Holes?

The backing plate had 5 holes? The first 3 were within 1 inch of each other? The two outside holes matched the front plate holes; however, one of the holes was not threaded. So the back plate was useless. I was able to salvage the old one I replaced. So did not have to return the unit. Another oddity, the screws used to secure the front plate to the back plates were chrome plated. I bought a bronze oiled rubbed TP dispenser and it came with chrome screws. Go figure. READ the Instructions

Cut the opening to 5.25 inches square. Do NOT use the template on the package that is 6.4 inches. Recommend tightening screws with a manual/hand screw driver and not a power drill/driver. If you over tighten, it will likely strip out the friction plate in the back. Just follow the Instructions, they appear to be correct. No issues installing. Would buy again.

the product was fine except it had been previously opened and one of the mounting screws was missing. It was the last one on the shelf so I took it anyways and had a matching screw at home

I was informed that the item was unavailable and that unless I responded the order would be cancelled. I saw no purpose in keeping the order active if there was no clear probability of it being filled.

Recessed Toilet Paper Holder

I could not get this item within the Banbury (Bambury)bathroom items. So chose this as closest to the brushed finish. It matches quite well and because it is recessed there is not much of the finish showing and so we are very pleased with this item and how well it fits in our new bathroom. Just what we wanted.

Good product with nice satin finish. Mostly sturdy, alittle shallower than others due to LARGE special drywall attachment clip but can be screwed directly to stud also. paper holder spring is plastic and alittle stiff to insert, but doesn't bend the bars. overall would order again since less expensive than most

For the money I feel the product is doing the job of saving space

Looks great, works as intended.

We replaced a TP holder in our rental that someone had completely painted. The chrome now matches the rest of the bathroom.

Installation was easy, looks great, only issue is the roll holder seems a little flimsy but lets see how this holds out.

Inexpensive But Low Quality

The spring loaded paper holder puts perhaps too much pressure on the paper holder supports, causing it to bulge. Not sure this will last in the long run.
