Poor ergonomics

I just bought a townhouse which has something very similar in it. The handles are hard to turn on and off. The lever-type are probably the easiest to move, with the 4-spoke handles next easiest. I would not recommend getting this type. They leak, too, so that is still something to fix.

Nice faucet

Old fashioned heavy metal faucet for our laundry room. Feels and looks substantial. Easily installed-even if I did just watch! Works well. Easily mounted on our old tub.

Was looking for a basic faucet for a utility sink. This was inexpensive and seems sturdy except for the spout which is fairly thin, brass-colored plastic rather than metal so I worry about long term durability of that portion.
