Installed it fine, next morning when getting water it started making a horrible noise and no water would come come out. I thought it was just a lemon (bad filter) and so I took it back to exchange for another one. (By the way, it is nearly impossible to get out of the refrigerator, had to use a screwdriver to get some kind of leverage going to pull it out.)
