Would RecommendThis is a good value, if this were for 1 or 2 bath house I would get a different toilet as this one has no frills. But if you need a basic toilet for say a large apartments and budget is your main concern then this is it. Yes is has the classic flap based flow master but its half the price of the more Modern ones. I work at a place with 200 toilets' that are the older 14 inch bowl height, so this one is the more modern 16 inch bowl height, so we have lot of toilets' to update and price is the ma...

Would RecommendI’ve purchased two of these and had to take both back because they were the tanks were broken, so I would suggest examining before leaving the store. Other than that, I’m very happy with the purchase. They use less water than my old toilets, were easy to install, and the price is great.

Would Not Recommendthe float adjustment and the overfill tube too short. toilet bowl does not retain a higher level of water. wastes sticks above water line and does not completely clean bowl when flushed ! I will have to purchase a new fill valve assembly,, Again, costing me more $$$$ and time .
