These stretchy rubber "bungee" straps are useful for a multitude of purposes, holding down various items you may need to secure. They are strong and durable. I usually clamp down the hook on the strap end more tightly just to prevent any chance of slipping, but I leave the larger hook on the load end open to make attaching it to anchor points more easy. These are good straps.
