When I brought the issue up to corporate, they said I needed to speak to the local store that fulfilled it. When I spoke to the store they offered to sell me the additional 14 straps(which I had considered paid for with my purchase of a 15-pack) at $2 a piece. When I asked them to fix the blatant misrepresentation of the product on the website, they said "oh, corporate handles that." OK so...
