This product was obviously a return. Broken pieces, dented shelve, some pieces already attached and NO directions!! Service desk personnel were outstanding when we ordered it. Delivery people couldn’t have been better. However, we were under a dead line to get supplies in it so we kept it. When I called to report all the problems, just a “sorry”. Why not some kind of offer? We have photos of what we encountered upon opening the box. Tried to attach photos. Couldn’t do it.

Hard to put together, large gap in door.
Would Not RecommendBought this unit thinking it would be sturdy and keep items from getting dust/mice etc. first off there are a lot of parts and instructions could have been better. The hinges are strong and screwed into plastic so I don’t see that lasting long. My main issue is there is about a 1/2 inch gap or more in the door and the door won’t stay closed very well unless you put a lock on them. Also several holes in the back of cabinet that need covered. Would Not RecommendOpened the box which was not damaged in anyway to find several plastic pieces that were broken, due to factory packaging and just being very thin material. I would expect something much better for the price. Luckily Keter has a great customer service team and shipped out replacements in a couple of days.

Would Not RecommendI bought one of these to hold cleaning supplies and garage odds and ends. I never had more than 30 pounds or so per shelf. They bowed in the middle and 1 corner bracket that was plastic broke so I had to support it with a pvc pipe. About to throw it out, as its useless unless I want to store towels.
