Close but no cigar... Not tall enough
Would RecommendI saw these totes on a clearance shelf, and I bought three. I thought this size could handle storing Compact Discs but totes were not tall enough thanks to the covers. So back to my original plan using empty shoe boxes! These totes though are well made and good for storing odds and ends.

Obnoxious stick on label
Would Not RecommendThe containers are fine but they come with a large label on the front which is very difficult to remove. If you soak it in water, the paper part will come off but you'll be left with the sticky adhesive underneath. It took repeated application of mineral spirits to get it off. If you want a container you can see inside, don't buy these.
