We had a scheduled delivery with detailed instructions on how to access the gated access. The installer did not receive the instructions so the delivery could not be completed and was eventually re-scheduled for another 2 weeks.

Would RecommendI installed this toilet for an elderly couple and it flushed great and everything seemed fine. When I returnedbto finish the job on Monday they reported the seat was loose and moving around. When I inspected the seat I found the hinge part of the seat had simply snapped in 2 and was garbage. I bought a decent seat and replaced it for them but this cheap crap toilet seat is just about as flimsy as anything I have ever seen.
