Would RecommendWe had a plumber out who quoted us almost a thousand dollars more than we paid here & that was to fix the existing product. Here we ordered a new product, the installer picked it up for us, delivered it, & installed it. Also checked something else the other plumber said needed repaired/replaced. This installer (Handy) said no, it only needed something tightened. Came when they said. Communicated well. The only glitch in my mind, is that there is a noticeable scratch in the lid of the toile...

Missing Parts
Would Not RecommendPurchased two. Installed another two for clients. None of the toilets had the required bolt sets to mount to flange. Cost more in wasted time for supply runs to purchase additional parts to make toilets work.

I don't like the flush

Would RecommendGreat full installation kit. Only problem was nuts to anchor to drain were wrong size. Fortunately I was able to reuse the old ones.

Price Variation
Would RecommendPrevious owner bought Aqua Source brand but no longer available was replaced by Project Source @ same price range. I like the height, size & availability. Only issue was the first one I ordered was $109.00 online then went to $119.00 but when I took it home & saw the price on the box said $109.00 so I would appreciate a $10.00 refund against my credit card or a store credit card. Next time I do a store pick-up I’ll make sure the prices are the same.
