We got the faucet installed and it looks great. But a couple things I noticed is, the water goes all over the place, everything gets wet. Maybe I should have picked a lower faucet. But I really liked the look of the higher faucet. Big mistake. And I also notice you can't just attach a differ universal aerator, you need a special adapter that I don't know where to get. And lastly the hose spray is attached again with not like universal hose sprayer you can just buy and replace. This has a differe...

Silicone sealant is required under the base plate
Make sure to review the downloadable PDF of the installation manual before purchasing. The mention of the required silicone sealant isn't shown anywhere on the box instructions or required tools. But but instructions booklet inside the box says in the first step that silicone sealant is required under the base plate. This product doesn't come with any.
