pumping problem

Not very durable. I purchased earlier this year in 2021 and it sucked water from my french drain well, i liked the long hose but it broke today, inside the vertical sucking pipe there are 2 round plastic covers that creates the vacuum. Well, I'm pumping lots of gallons and suddenly the vacuum is gone and it's not repairable. I will call to find out about a warranty. maybe i have to pump less gently or buy one that is sturdier. when you have lots of water, you want to pump fast.

Transfer pump

I loved the pump in that it did not suck in debris when used and it had a fairly long hose. My only complaint was that while I was pumping out a fairly sizable amount of water, pumping rather firmly, the inside mechanism broke. I bought another one now knowing that I have to use it more gently.

This pump worked like a charm for my need to pull water from my drain spouts. Very little manual labor to get the job done.

It really works!!!

My boat developed a sea water leak and my bilge pumps failed! I tried other pumps, like the drill motor, and they all failed miserably, but this one out did my original bilge pumps!!! It saved my boat!!!

Water transfer pump

Inexpensive but does the job with ease. Gives you a fair amount of hose to move the water/liquid a good distance. No assembly required

It was useful while it lasted

Purchased on Sept. 13, 2020 - worked as designed but only got to use it 8 to 10 times before it failed and now I have a choice to look for something similar from maybe another manufacture or try and repair. I think the mechanism inside the tube that allow for pump to siphon the water failed.

Perfect for the job

This worked perfect for the little job I had to do.

Not PRO quality

Found pump to be flimsy, hard to pump and unacceptable. Product was returned for refund and replaced from another outlet.

Clogs easy recommend Cheese cloth

Motors through muddy water easy enough but if there are grass clippings you will need a rubberband and cheese cloth to keep the pump moving along. You can pull the bottom to clear obstructions but grass clippings will pass through first check valve and get lodged at discharge port. You cannot remove the top to clean out the discharge side.

Easy pump

This pump was easy to assemble and use. I use it on a 55 gallon drum to transfer it to a gallon jug. The one problem was that the hose on the pump was too big so I had to use it funnel.

Took the pump out of the box put it in the water Pulled the handle two times and it quite pumping Took it back

DOESNT WORK

I honestly don’t know how anyone could give this more than one star. The pump does not work at all it barely creates any suction you’re lucky to get an ounce out of it.

Not

No better than siphoning with any old tube. You have to mess with the outlet to get the water out because of the weight of the water pumped into the hose- so your outlet has to be downhill anyway. I wanted to be able to transfer water from things like random tote bins into rain barrels after a rain. It is faster and less messy to just scoop water with my hands for that purpose. I’ll return this and just give up on that last couple inches I can’t lift or reach with a bucket.
